Botanical name: Thymus vulgaris Colour: Yellow to golden brown liquid Odour: Warm, herbaceous spicy aroma

Skin & Hair Indications

Acne, bruises, burns, cuts, dermatitis, eczema, insect bites, lice, oily skin. Use in moderation.

Body Indications

Arthritis, cellulite, gout, muscular aches & pains, oedema, poor circulation, rheumatism, sports injuries. Asthma bronchitis, catarrh, coughs, sinusitis. Diarrhoea, dyspepsia, flatulence. Chills, colds, flu. Low blood pressure.

Spirit Indications

Intellectual and mental stimulant, nerve tonic. For: nervous depression, mental fatigue, lethargy, headaches, insomnia. Stimulating the brain and improve memory, energising, self confidence, happiness, determination, lifting the spirit.
