Shipping policy

We usually ship all online orders with Australia Post (regular parcel post). Where it is more favourable due to the parcel size or delivery location, or if we can offer you a better service, we may ship with Couriers Please or Aramex.

Online orders are usually shipped same day if received before 3pm. If you do not receive tracking information for your order, or if you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: shop@prooils.com.au
